Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ablarva, Inc. ("we", "us"), the maker of Filmtrio. By using Filmtrio you accept them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.

What Filmtrio does

You pick clips, photos and a song, and describe the video you want. Filmtrio makes three finished versions, which you can change by asking or edit yourself. To do this, your files are processed on our servers and by the AI services named in the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, and the account is for you alone. You are responsible for what is done with it.

Your content

• Your clips, photos, recordings and words, and the videos made from them, stay yours.
• You let us copy, process and change them only to make and deliver your videos, for as long as the Privacy Policy says we keep them. We don't use them for anything else, and we don't publish them.
• You confirm that you have the right to use what you add, including music you bring and recordings of other people. You also confirm that the people in your videos accept being in them.

What you may not do

• Add or make content that is illegal, sexualizes minors, harasses or threatens anyone, or uses someone's image or voice to deceive.
• Use Filmtrio to infringe someone's copyright or other rights.
• Try to break, overload, copy or take apart the app or our servers, or reach them other than through the app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Music

Songs from Filmtrio's own library may be used in the videos you make with Filmtrio. A song you bring is your responsibility. Instagram, TikTok and other apps may mute or block videos with music they find copyrighted.

AI-made results

Filmtrio's edits, captions, translations and subtitles are made with AI and can contain mistakes. Check a video before you post it. Read aloud uses a voice made by AI. Videos that contain it say so in the file, and you should use the label the app you post to offers for AI-made content.

Free plan and Filmtrio Pro

• The free plan makes a limited number of videos each week, shown in the app, and its videos carry a small "Made with Filmtrio" mark.
• Filmtrio Pro is a subscription bought through Apple, monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel in your Apple account settings at any time; Pro then lasts until the period ends.
• Apple handles payments and refunds. You can restore a purchase from the paywall.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Filmtrio, so features may change. We try to keep it running, but it can be unavailable at times. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change applies.

No warranty

Filmtrio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will meet your needs or be free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Filmtrio in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Filmtrio and delete your account in the app at any time. These terms end then, apart from the parts that by their nature continue, such as the limits on liability.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you use Filmtrio as a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
