The Key Stats page provides real-time statistics of site activity, such as sales total, discounts total, and average check.

Compare Key Stat values with different sites and time periods.
Tap a Key Stat value to "drill down" and view additional details about the data. Select the right arrow next to an item to "drill down" into its details.
To refresh Key Stats, swipe down.
Key Stat Types
The following describes the types of key stats that Mobile Manager supports:

Guest | Average check amount or guest count. |

Incident Rate | Guest count or order count. |

Payment | Details about closed checks including discounts, charges, tax, and tips. |
|
Post-Payment Void | Details about orders voided after payment. |
|
Pre-Payment Void | Details about orders voided before payment. |

Refund | Refunded order details based on selected calculation. |

Sales | Total currency amount in sales. See Sales Total Key Stat. |
|
SOS (Calculation) | Average Speed of Service time in seconds.

Key Stat Page Settings

To define general settings for the Key Stats page:
From the upper-right of the page header, select the cog icon
.From the popup, define the following settings:

Select the preferred chart type for the Sales Total Key Stat: Bar Chart or Line Chart.
Enable Store Comparison
Toggle on to compare Key Stat data between stores.
Show Sales
Select the preferred sales total to view: Gross or Net.
Select Sites
By default, records for all sites are listed. Site selections are persisted until you clear the selections.
To view records for one or more specific sites:
From the upper-right of the screen header, select the site filter icon
to open the Select Sites screen.From the Select Sites screen, select the site(s).
From the upper-right of the screen, select the check mark to apply the changes and return to the previous screen.
Nota
The Last Online field indicates the date/time when the site last sent data to Mobile Manager. Time is expressed in military (24-hour) format.
Compare Key Stats by Date

Key stats for the current date are displayed by default. You can select a specific date, date range, or preset time period to compare key stat values.
For example, compare key stat values from the current day with the same date from the previous year.
Below the Key Stat Date Comparison screen header, select the date comparison button. The button label identifies the currently selected date comparison.
From the Select Date screen, define the date or date range for the first key stat value:

From the popup calendar, select a specific date or date range.
This field value is automatically updated based on selection from Preset field.
Day Part
From the Day Part popup, select the day part to view.
Preset
From the Preset popup, select a preset time period.
Select Custom to select a specific date or date range from a calendar.
From the Select Date screen, toggle Enable Comparison on to compare key stat values with another date or date range.
From the Select Date screen, define the date or date range for the comparison key stat values:

From the upper-left of the Select Date menu, select the left arrow to return to the previous screen.
The key stats on the Key Stats page are updated with the comparison values.

The Sales Total Key Stat appears at the top of the Key Stats page.
The "Look At" value is displayed first with the "Compared With" value displayed next to it.
The arrow indicates whether the "Look At" value is higher or lower than the "Compared With" value.

From the upper-right of the Sales Total Key Stat header, select the right arrow.

Check | Select check from list to view its details. The checks are listed in order in which they were closed. From the upper-right, select the share icon to share the check with other individuals. |
