Chef FAQ

How is Grading calculated?

The grading system provides the kitchen team with opportunities to earn points throughout the day. As Chef continues to add items to the cook list, and cooking activities progress throughout the day, the number of opportunities for the kitchen team to earn points increases.

Chef tracks theses opportunities and uses the following calculations to grade the kitchen team:

Total Possible Points = Points Earned + Missed Opportunities

Chef Grade = Points Earned / Total Possible Points

How can a user view the Grade History?

From the upper-right of the Chef screen, select the Grade value.

Why are reports not visible/missing?
