Displays the needed products and their quantities

Displays active products and the time they are allowed to remain in the pan

Heat Chute

Displays already prepared and ready to grab items, as well as how much product is needed in the heat chute for the current 15 minute block of time and the following 15 minute block of time

Thaw Tab

Displays the product(s) to pull from the freezer for use throughout the day based on Chef calculations

Prep Tab

Indicates the time and quantity of ingredients the kitchen staff needs to prepare

Grading and Day Parts

Grades are determined by points earned through a day by following the Cook List and adding/removing products on time. They are separated by daypart. Ex: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
