Create Par Stock Template

To create a par stock template:

  1. Navigate to Suite Catering Par Stock Templates area.

  2. From the upper-right of the Par Stock Templates area, select New Template.

  3. In the Template Name field, type a unique and meaningful template name.

  4. In the Account field, use the dropdown to select the account.

    • In the Account dropdown, only active accounts are available.

  5. From the upper-right of the Par Stock Template area, select Save.

  6. Follow the procedure to Add Items.

Add Item to Par Stock Template

To add items to a template:

  1. Navigate to Suite Catering Par Stock Templates area.

  2. From the Par Stock Templates list, open the par stock template in one of the following ways:

    • From the Template Name column, directly select the par stock template, or

    • Select the checkbox to the left of the par stock template name and then from the Actions dropdown select Edit.

  3. From the menu on the left, select Items.

  4. From the upper-right of the Items menu, select Add.

  5. From the item list in the Add Items popup up, select the checkbox to the left of the desired item(s).

    • Use the search bar to search for a specific item.

    • If a Modify link is displayed in the Actions column of the desired item, select the link to modify the item, such as adding modifiers or adding items in bundle products. For more information, see Configure Modifier and Configure Product Bundle.

    • Use the plus (+) and minus (-) signs to adjust the quantity of items to be added.

    • Use the Preference column to select preference tags, such as "Dairy Free". Once preference tags are set, only items that match will appear.

      Note

      For instructions on adding a preference tag to a product, refer to Product Tags. Note that the Suite Catering supports only the following eight tags: Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, Kosher, Keto, and Paleo.

    • Use the Allergen column to select allergens, such as "Wheat". Once allergens are set, only items that match will appear.

      Note

      For instructions on adding an allergen to a product, refer to Allergens. Note that if Option of an allergen is set to Does Not Contain , this allergen is not displayed.

  6. From the lower-right of the Add Items popup, select Add Items.

    • Alternatively, select Cancel to exit the Add Items popup.

  7. From the upper-right of the Par Stock Templates area, select Save.

    • A par stock template can still be saved even if it contains invalid items.

    • Alternatively, from the Save dropdown, select Remove.

Edit Item Quantity in Par Stock Template

To edit item quantity in a par stock template:

  1. Navigate to Suite Catering Templates area.

  2. From the Par Stock Templates list, open the par stock template in one of the following ways:

    • From the Template Name column, directly select the par stock template, or

    • Select the checkbox to the left of the par stock template name and then from the Actions dropdown select Edit.

  3. From the menu on the left, select Items.

  4. In the Quantity column, type the quantity and the total amount automatically adjusts.

    • To edit the quantity of sub-items, select the item in the Item column, then adjust the sub-item quantities as needed.

  5. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

    • Alternatively, from the Save dropdown, select Remove.

Assign Par Stock Template

Assign a par stock template to a suite through Suite Assignment or Templates.

Assigning par stock templates to rental suites is not possible, and temporary guest accounts cannot assign par stock templates.

To assign a par stock template to a suite:

  1. From the ¶¶ÒõCloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering Account List.

  2. From the Account List, directly select the account.

    • Alternatively, select the account checkbox and use the Actions dropdown to select Edit.

  3. From the menu on the left, select Suite Assignment.

  4. From the list of suites, locate the desired suite.

  5. From the list of suites, locate the Par Stock Allocation column.

  6. From the Par Stock Allocation dropdown, select the template.

    • The options within the Par Stock Allocation dropdown consist of templates assigned to the account, sourced from TemplatesPar Stock Templates.

    • By default, event types inherit the template assigned to the suite at the suite level, while still allowing customization for individual event types.

    • If the suite-level template is selected but the event type-level template is not selected, the suite-level template applies to the event type.

  7. From the upper-right of the Accounts area, select Save.

Assign Par Stock Template to Account

Assigning par stock templates to temporary guest accounts is not feasible.

Only after a par stock template is assigned to an account, can it be further assigned to suites owned by that account.

To assign a par stock template to an account:

  1. Navigate to Suite Catering Templates area.

  2. From the Par Stock Templates list, open the par stock template in one of the following ways:

    • From the Template Name column, directly select the par stock template, or

    • Select the checkbox to the left of the par stock template name and then from the Actions dropdown select Edit.

  3. From the Account dropdown on the General menu, select the account.

    • Temporary guest accounts are excluded from this dropdown list.To assign a template through Suite Assignments:

  4. In the Assigned column of the selected account's suite list, enable the toggle to assign the template to the corresponding suite.

  5. From the upper-right of the Par Stock Template area, select Save.

Remove Par Stock Template

To remove a par stock template:

  1. Navigate to Suite Catering Par Stock Templates area.

  2. From the Par Stock Templates List, select the checkbox(es) next to the par stock template(s).

  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Remove.

    • If multiple par stock templates are selected, select Remove directly (the Actions dropdown is hidden).

  4. From the Conform popup, select Yes.

    • Alternatively, select Cancel.

Rename Favorite

To rename a favorite:

  1. Navigate to Suite Catering Favorites area.

  2. From the Favorites list, open the favorite in one of the following ways:

    • From the Favorite Name column, directly select the favorite, or

    • Select the checkbox to the left of the favorite name and then from the Actions dropdown select Edit.

  3. In the Favorite Name field on the General menu, type the new name.

  4. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

    • Alternatively, from the Save dropdown, select Remove.

Add Item to Favorite

To add items to a favorite:

  1. Navigate to the Suite Catering Favorites area.

  2. From the Favorites list, open the favorite in one of the following ways:

    • From the Favorite Name column, directly select the favorite, or

    • Select the checkbox to the left of the favorite name and then from the Actions dropdown select Edit.

  3. From the menu on the left, select Items.

  4. Follow steps 4 to 6 in Add Item to Par Stock Template to add items to the favorite.

  5. From the upper-right of the Favorite area, select Save.

    • An empty favorite cannot be saved.

    • A favorite can still be saved even if it contains invalid items.

    • Alternatively, from the Save dropdown, select Remove.

Edit Item Quantity in Favorite

  3. From the menu on the left, select Items.

  4. In the Quantity column, type the quantity.

    • To edit the quantity of sub-items, select the item in the Item column, then adjust the sub-item quantities as needed.

  5. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

    • An empty favorite cannot be saved.

    • A favorite can still be saved even if it contains invalid items.

    • Alternatively, from the Save dropdown, select Remove.
