The Alerts page lists push notifications that are triggered by specific events or conditions at a site that require attention. To configure alerts, see Preferences.
To enable/disable/pause push notifications, see Send Push Notifications on Appearance & Behavior.
To refresh the push notification list, swipe down.
Select X to dismiss and remove a notification.
Swipe right to pin/unpin alerts for quick access. Pin up to five (5) alerts.
Select Sites
By default, records for all sites are listed. Site selections are persisted until you clear the selections.
To view records for one or more specific sites:
From the upper-right of the screen header, select the site filter icon
to open the Select Sites screen.
From the Select Sites screen, select the site(s).
From the upper-right of the screen, select the check mark to apply the changes and return to the previous screen.
Note
The Last Online field indicates the date/time when the site last sent data to Mobile Manager. Time is expressed in military (24-hour) format.
Filter Push Notifications by Type

To filter the Push Notification list by Alert type:
From the upper-left of the Alerts page, select Filter By Type.
From the Select Alerts Type popup, select the alert type(s) to include in the list.
From the upper-right of the Select Alerts Type screen, select the check mark to return to the Alerts page.
Filter Push Notifications by Date

Push notifications for the current date are displayed by default.
To filter the list by date:
From the upper-right of the Alerts page, select Filter By Date.
From the Select Date screen, select the date or time period.

From the popup calendar, select a specific date or date range.
Preset
From the Preset popup, select a preset time period.
Select Custom to select a specific date or date range from a calendar.
From the upper-left of the screen, select the left arrow to return to the previous page.
