Note
The allergen management function is adjustable through Suite Admin Settings. For more information, see Configure Allergen Settings.
If the allergen management function is disabled before order creation, the Allergens tab is hidden.
If the allergen management function is enabled before order creation but no allergens are configured, No Allergens is displayed.
If the allergen management function is enabled and allergens are configured, then disabled afterward, historical allergens remain displayed but are not editable.
Select an order to access the Allergens menu located on the left:

The Allergen List allows venue staff to quickly:
View allergens associated with the order;
Activate or deactivate an allergen by toggling the allergen toggle;
Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping a column to its required place.
