Use the Business Attributes editor to define specific data points relevant to your business operations. The Business Attribute Sets you create are available to the user when adding and editing site information from the Sites editor.
Capture information about business processes, preferences, and operational metrics to improve site management and performance.
Add toggles, dropdown menus, and/or checkboxes to enable users to tailor the application to their unique needs.

Create Business Attribute Set

To create a Business Attribute Set:
From the upper-right of Business Attribute Sets homepage, select Create Set.
From the General page, define the following:

Business Attribute Set description.
Set Name
Business Attribute Set name.
Add Business Attributes
From the Business Attributes page, create as many sections as needed and add the associated attributes.
To create a section:
Select Create New Section.
In the Name field, type a name for the section.
Select Create Section.
To create an attribute:
From the preferred section, select Create New Attribute.
From the Configuration page, define the following:

Selection Type
Select the method with which a user selects a value from the form:
Toggle On/Off - The user toggles a value ON/OFF.
Select One - The user selects an option from a list.
When this method is selected, the Selection Options section appears.
Select Add Option to add the options that are available for selection by the user.
Label Text
Label for the attribute.
Info Text
Descriptive or instructive text about the attribute.
Define Default Value
From the dropdown, select the default value / option for the attribute.
From the lower-right of Create New Attribute form, select Create Attribute.
Note
The Active Instances page lists locations where the attribute is used and specifies its status.
