The following report is added to theSuite Catering category of Reports:
Suite Order Assignments - Provides Advanced Day Ordering (ADO) and Event Day Ordering (EDO) payment details for selected events, including PAR stock totals.
Report Filters
Define the following filters prior to generating the report:
Events - From the Event Selector, select the applicable event(s) to include on the report. At least one (1) event must be selected.
Account - From the dropdown, select the applicable suite catering account(s) to include on the report.
Suite - From the dropdown, select the specific suites to include on the report.
Calendar - From the popup calendar, specify the date or date range to include on the report.
Report Header
The following details are provided in the header of the generated report:
Company Name - The company name.
Event - The name of the selected event.
Event Date - The date of the event.
Date - The date or date range for the payment details.
Report Run - The date/time when the report was generated.
Report Columns
The report includes the following columns. Sorting and filtering options are available for each column.
Account - Identifies the account associated with the order.
Suite - Identifies the suite associated with the order.
Order Number - System-generated order ID.
State - Identifies the state of the order. All order states are included by default.
ADO Total - Advanced Day Ordering total. Refunds are deducted from the total.
EDO Total - Event Day Ordering total. Refunds are deducted from the total.
PAR Stock Total - PAR stock total. Refunds are deducted from the total.
Balance - Specifies the order total.
Export Options
The report export options include: CSV, EXCEL and PDF.
