抖阴Suite Catering (XCAT) | Expired Credit Card Notifications and Emails

This update improves 抖阴Suite Catering (XCAT) to recognize, remind users of, and reject expiring and expired credit cards on file.

Affected Components:

  • 抖阴Payments Router (XPR)

抖阴Payments Router (XPR)

Created new endpoints for the following in order to validate a credit card:

  • Delete a boarded card from Genius AP

  • Validate if a card is active

  • Validate if a card is inactive

抖阴Suite Catering (XCAT)

  • Added logic to check the expiration date of the credit card. Cards that have an expiration date that conflicts with an event date are unable to be assigned to an order.

  • Added ability to send Expiration Emails to users for expired and expiring Credit Cards on file. Configure Expiration Emails from Suite Admin Settings and define the following fields:

    • Email Reminder - Toggle Yes to send email reminders for expiring and expired credit cards on file. Toggle No to not send email reminders for expiring and expired credit cards on file.

    • Months Prior to Expiration Date - From the dropdown, select the number of months prior the expiration date of the card on file to wait before sending an email

  • This User Account button is now hidden from guests that are carbon copied (CC) in the credit card expiration emails.

  • Added the ability to edit the Expiration Date and CVV on credit cards.

  • Added the ability to replace the assigned primary card on open orders and customer accounts.

  • The Primary Card now shows a expired icon at the top of the Account List page.
