Par Level Units Setup

Use the Par Level Units Setup utility to add and delete the unit of measurement (UOM) for a Par Level Item. Creating a Par Level Unit adds the UOM to the selectable Par Level Unit options when adding a new Par Level Item.

Discard

Discard all unsaved changes.

Save

Save all par level unit updates.

Par Level Unit Table

The par level units are listed here.

From the right of a par level unit, select X to delete a unit. A information icon indicates a par level unit is in use and cannot be deleted until it is removed from use. See Delete Par Level Unit for more details.

+ Add Item

Add a par level unit.

Utilities → Par Level Unit Setup

To create a new Par Level Unit:

  1. From the bottom-left of the Par Level Units Setup, select + Add Item.

  2. In the new grid entry in the Par Level Unit List, type the unit.

  3. From the upper-right of the Par Level Units Setup, select Save.

Delete Par Level Unit

Utilities → Par Level Unit Setup

To delete a Par Level Unit:

  1. From the left of the desired Par Level Unit in the Par Level Unit Table, select the X icon.

  2. From the upper-right of the Par Level Units Setup, select Save.

Note: Par Level Units used in a Par Level Item cannot be deleted.

To remove a Par Level Unit from use:

Utilities → Par Level Sheet

  1. From the Par Level Sheet List, select the desired sheet — OR — from Search enter the name of the par level sheet.

  2. From the 3-dot menu on the row of the par level sheet, select Change.

  3. From the 3-dot menu on the row of the desired Par Item Name, select Change.

  4. From the left navigation of the par level item, select Par Item.

  5. From the dropdown for Par Level Unit, select the desired unit for the par level item.

  6. From the lower-right of the par level item, select OK.

  7. From the upper-right of Par Level Sheet Setup, select Save.
