抖阴Kitchen Management (XKM) is a kitchen display system designed to facilitate the kitchen staff operations in quick service and fast casual restaurants.

XKM provides a user experience that includes full-motion video, graphics, animation, and audio. The kitchen staff interacts with orders on the displays using either a bump bar and/or touchscreen input.
