Reports Overview

1 | User Menu | Identifies the user currently logged in to 抖阴Cloud Portal and the associated company. From the dropdown, select one of the following actions:

2 | 4-Dot Menu | Open the navigation menu that includes access to Data Management, Reports, and other services. |
3 | Search Reports | In the Search Reports field, type criteria to search for a specific report name. |
4 | Hamburger Menu | Expand/collapse the left menu pane. |
5 | Reports Menu | Open a report category to access the list of reports that are available. The report categories include: Select Order Explorer to lookup and view specific orders. For information about Suite Catering reports, see Suite Catering Reports. |
6 | Select Sites | Open the Site Selector and select the site(s) to view on the sales dashboard. |
7 | Select Date | From the popup calendar, select the business date to view on the sales dashboard. Select Submit to submit the site/date selections and refresh the dashboard. |
8 | Export Dashboard | Export the current sales dashboard to a PDF or CSV file. |
9 | Business Date Totals | Business date totals are provided for the following items:

10 | Sales Dashboard | Graphical displays provide a visual representation of the Net Sales total for the following:

To generate a report:
From the left menu pane on the Reports homepage, select a report category.
From the expanded category menu, select the report.
From the parameter menu on the left, select the desired parameters. The available parameters are dependent on the report.
From the parameter menu on the left, select Submit.
