  • Enhanced third party loyalty provider processing by adding code value to identifyCustomers response to customer information.

Point of Sale

In order to refund the correct product price, Loyalty Rewards remain applied to products/order on product return/exchange.

Online Ordering | Calorie and Nutritional Information for Third-party Providers

Online Ordering (OO) can now publish calorie and nutritional information to the following third-party delivery providers:

  • DoorDash

  • Uber Eats

  • Grub Hub

Online Ordering | New Component Rollup Pricing Variable

PRMA-6215

New variable ignore_projected_pricing in Online Ordering Menu Engine to bypass projected combo pricing calculations, allowing integrators to manage varying requirements for combo pricing without altering the existing pricing logic.

Enabled administrator to control bundle component rollup pricing on menus by adding new variable ignore_projected_pricing with default value of false.

When true, the Enable Projected Pricing setting in Data Management for Bundle Components is ignored and the projected roll up operation is not performed.

Point of Sale | SMS Receipts

PRMA-3048

Point of Sale (POS) now sends a SMS receipt link to customers.

    • Added new setting names beneath Display SMS Option: SMS Message, character length warning message, Help

    • Specified cases allowed to pass validation for SMS Message input field

    • Enabled display of HTML information page when Help button is selected. Variable grid on page displays following variables: site_name, site_number, company_name, expo_number, table_tent, table_name, table_number, order_number, total, first_customer_name, last_customer_name, url

  • Added support for Point Of Sale user to select SMS receipt as receipt delivery method through the following actions:

    • Added new toggle setting Display SMS Option beneath Display Email Option in Company/Site Preferences

      From the Ordering Application → Printing section of Company/Site Preferences, define the following settings:

      • Display SMS Option - Provide POS user with option to send SMS (text) receipt to mobile device. Twilio SMS service must be enabled.

      • SMS Message - Define message to send in SMS (text) receipts.

        From lower-left of SMS Message field, select Help for additional information, including the list of allowed variables.

      This option is only available when Prompt is selected as the Receipt Delivery Method.

Online Ordering

Added new SMS template to send customers receipt information with a link for the details of an order after purchase is completed.

Pipeline

Implemented a feature that allows order receipts to be sent via SMS using the Twilio service.

Point of Sale

  • Option to send SMS receipts via Twilio service.

  • Introduced notification_status message send-void for Voided orders.

  • Removed prompt for sending email or SMS receipt if order is voided before paid.

Point of Sale | Split Order Improvements

Enhancements to the Split Order feature in Point of Sale (POS).

Terminal Scheme Configuration

Suite Catering | Advanced Day Order Transition Menu

Customize Advanced Day Order (ADO) Transition Menu displayed to the customer from within the Suite Catering system. A default ADO Transition Menu displays if no Transition Menu is set.

  • Enhanced consistency and usability by adding support for real-time validation of phone numbers.

  • Enhanced logic and flow of event cycle from Advanced Day Ordering through Event Day Ordering.

  • Added support for using alternate product name for label export with the following actions:

    • Added new toggle field Use Alternate Name to Export Settings popup with corresponding tooltip

    • If Use Alternate Name is set to On, show label list grid and export Alternate Name for products and modifiers where applicable

    • Column filters Item, Bundle Item, and Modifier reflects grid name

    • If Use Alternate Name is set to Off, show label list grid and export label PDF using existing name

  • Enhanced delivery of Suite Assignment First Reminder, Second Reminder, and Abandoned Cart Reminder emails by generating them based on subscription relationship with suite reassignment.

  • Invoice payments can be edited successfully at Point of Sale.

  • Made Email Recipients a non-required field for automatic pre-authorization notification. If no entry made, no email is sent.
