What if the Active Toggle Is Off?
To set the Active toggle to Yes for a site, complete the following recommended steps:
From 抖阴Portal, navigate to Sites.
From Sites, select all sites.
From Sites, select the Actions dropdown menu and select Edit.
From the sites page, select Services.
From Services, select the 3-dot next to the delivery partner name and select Edit.
From Edit, select Connect to the delivery partner.
From the delivery partner login window, enter the login credentials.
From Onboarding Site Mapping, select the box next to the site name and select Continue.
From Onboarding Site Mapping, select Proceed to Confirmation.
From Site Mapping Confirmation, select Onboard Site.
From the inactive sites window, select the Active toggle to Yes. Select Continue.
From Edit, select Refresh Status.
From Edit, select the global icon for Onboarded Site Statues to confirm the site status. Select Done when finished.
From Sites, select the site.
From the site page, select Services and view the Active status for the delivery partner and confirm the Yes setting.
What if There Are No Business Admin Permissions for the Delivery Partner?
Re-authenticate through the delivery partner using an account with Business Admin permissions or contact the delivery partner support for assistance.
What if No Stores or Locations Are Associated with the Delivery Partner?
Log in to the delivery partner's site and add locations or contact the delivery partner support for assistance.
