Account Notes Report List

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Suite Catering → Accounts → Account Notes Report

The Account Notes Report does not include notes of removed accounts.

The Account Notes Report List area allows venue staff to:

  • View and export staff notes, owner notes, and allergens;

  • Sort and filter notes by suite or account;

  • Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping a column to its required place.

The Account Notes Report List displays:

State of the account

Staff Notes

Notes for staff

Owner Notes

Notes for the suite owner

Allergens

Allergens added to the account, requiring attention and awareness

This column is hidden if the allergen management function is disabled. For more information, see Configure Allergen Settings.
