The Account Notes Report does not include notes of removed accounts.
The Account Notes Report List area allows venue staff to:
View and export staff notes, owner notes, and allergens;
Sort and filter notes by suite or account;
Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping a column to its required place.
The Account Notes Report List displays:
List Header | Description |

Suite | Suite name |
Account | Account name |
Account State | State of the account |
Staff Notes | Notes for staff |
Owner Notes | Notes for the suite owner |
Allergens | Allergens added to the account, requiring attention and awareness This column is hidden if the allergen management function is disabled. For more information, see Configure Allergen Settings. |
