The Export feature provides the ability to download the standard (base) prices on file for ¶¶Òõ and Modifiers.

To export a .csv data file:
(Optional) From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, select Select Sites to filter the product list by site.
(Optional) Using the column header filters on the Pricing Updates grid, filter the product list as needed.
For example, select Modifier from the Product Type filter to only list modifier items.
From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, to the right of Save Changes, select the dropdown arrow.
From the dropdown, select Export Current Item List.
When complete, in the upper-right of the Pricing Updates utility, a confirmation appears.
From the confirmation, select View Exports.
From the Recent Exports window, to the right of the exported file, select the download icon.
Locate the file in the configured folder/area, typically the download folder.
From the lower-left of the Recent Exports window, select Close.
Email Notification
When the export is complete, the system sends an email notification to the user who initiated the process.
The email contains:
Company logo.
Email message:
Export Completion Status
Message
Successful
Base Price Export completed and ready to be download.
Unsuccessful
Pricing import failed.
Partially successful
Pricing Import Partially Completed and ready to be applied.
Row count of successful exports.
Count of affected sites.
Link to Export file.
Export file size.
View Recent Exports

Recent exports are viewable for up to ninety (90) days. If an exported file contains any sites NOT assigned to the user, then that file is not accessible.
To view recent export files:
From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, to the right of Save Changes, select the dropdown arrow.
From the dropdown, select View Recent Exports.

From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, to the right of Save Changes, select the dropdown arrow.
From the dropdown, select View Recent Exports.
From the Recent Exports window, to the right of the exported file, select the download icon.
Locate the file in the configured folder/area, typically the download folder.
From the lower-left of the Recent Exports window, select Close.
