Export Data

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Ordering Settings → Pricing → Pricing Updates → Export Current Item List

The Export feature provides the ability to download the standard (base) prices on file for ¶¶Òõ and Modifiers.

Export Data File

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Ordering Settings → Pricing → Pricing Updates

To export a .csv data file:

  1. (Optional) From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, select Select Sites to filter the product list by site.

  2. (Optional) Using the column header filters on the Pricing Updates grid, filter the product list as needed.

    For example, select Modifier from the Product Type filter to only list modifier items.

  3. From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, to the right of Save Changes, select the dropdown arrow.

  4. From the dropdown, select Export Current Item List.

  5. When complete, in the upper-right of the Pricing Updates utility, a confirmation appears.

  6. From the confirmation, select View Exports.

  7. From the Recent Exports window, to the right of the exported file, select the download icon.

    • Locate the file in the configured folder/area, typically the download folder.

  8. From the lower-left of the Recent Exports window, select Close.

Email Notification

When the export is complete, the system sends an email notification to the user who initiated the process.

The email contains:

  • Company logo.

  • Email message:

    Export Completion Status

    Message

    Successful

    Base Price Export completed and ready to be download.

    Unsuccessful

    Pricing import failed.

    Partially successful

    Pricing Import Partially Completed and ready to be applied.

  • Row count of successful exports.

  • Count of affected sites.

  • Link to Export file.

  • Export file size.

View Recent Exports

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Ordering Settings → Pricing → Pricing Updates → View Recent Exports

Recent exports are viewable for up to ninety (90) days. If an exported file contains any sites NOT assigned to the user, then that file is not accessible.

To view recent export files:

  1. From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, to the right of Save Changes, select the dropdown arrow.

  2. From the dropdown, select View Recent Exports.

Download Export File

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Ordering Settings → Pricing → Pricing Updates → View Recent Exports

To download the export file:

  1. From the upper-right of Pricing Updates, to the right of Save Changes, select the dropdown arrow.

  2. From the dropdown, select View Recent Exports.

  3. From the Recent Exports window, to the right of the exported file, select the download icon.

    • Locate the file in the configured folder/area, typically the download folder.

  4. From the lower-left of the Recent Exports window, select Close.

Things to Know

How does the system generate the filename of the export?

The exported filename is PriceList_mmddyyyy-hhmmss.csv, where mmddyyyy-hhmmss specifies the date/time the file was generated.
