New Features

3 New Export Data utilities. Use the Export Data utility to extract and export data from a selected module based on specified settings. File is exported in the Intacct format.

The Export Data utility can now be used to export inventory from the following modules:

  • TLD

  • Product Mix

  • Menu Items

Improvements

  • Track Import process for all imports - Added notifications for the following stages when importing:

    • Import In Progress...

      • Generally available within 15 minutes

    • Success

      • The associated import has been completed

    • Warning

      • Import was not successful

    • No New Information Was Found

      • Import Completed.

  • Offer Shift Threshold (Days) - New setting in the Team Portal to configure a time window (in days) when the offer shift operation is not allowed. The default is 1 day. To update the configuration contact Support.

  • Time Card Number - Updated the following to the Time Card Entries Form:

    • Search logic on Employees section now searches though both the Name and TC columns

    • Move Store and Business Date from Main section to the following breadcrumb trail:

      • Original: Time Card Entries SearchTime Card Entries

      • New: Time Card Entries SearchTime Card EntriesStore.numberStore.descriptionBusinessDate

    • Added TC value to the main section

    • The name for unknown employees is shown as Unknown

Team Portal Updates

  • New Time Off Requests Restrictions

    • Time Off - Days Notice Threshold - Set the number of days from today which block Time Off Request. By default, the number of days is set to 0.

    • Time Off - Prevent Requests for Approved Schedules - Enable this setting to prevent an employee from making Time Off Requests on days that are part of a published schedule. Disabling the setting allows employees to make Time Off Requests on days of a published schedule.

    To customize Time Off Requests Restrictions, contact Support.

  • Time Off Requests History - provides a history of past 30 time off requests in order of the most recent request.

  • New column Scheduled Shift on Pending Time Off Requests page to show shifts of a published schedule for an employee for a specified day.

Pending Time Off

The XBO scheduler now has access to the Pending Time Off Requests form. Added a shortcut icon on the top ribbon of the UI. The icon displays as a warning icon when there are new Pending Time Off Requests.

Pending Time Off Requests

  • Users can now approve or decline Pending Time Off Requests from past dates.

  • Added auditing for approval and denial of Pending Time Off Requests to the Store Audit Log.

  • Added a Pending Time Off Requests button to the Reports and Dashboards Menu. The Pending Time Off Requests button only displays when the permission is enabled.

Notifications

  • Added security validation to the Notifications Widgets of the Pending Shift Changes and Pending Time Off Requests attributes. Now only Users that have security access to Pending Shift Changes or Pending Time Off Requests will have visibility and access to the drill-thru of the associated Notifications Widgets.

Store Level Dashboard Widgets

This update implements an auto-refresh function to the Store Level Dashboard Widgets that allows users to see data in the real time. The default auto-refresh timer is set for every 10 minutes.

Order's Info

Added an Information Icon to the quantity column of the Orders page

Select the Information Icon to view the General Info and Order History of the item.

Note: The icon available when an Quantity value is added to an Inventory Item.

KPI - Date Picker

This update allows the user to pick any date for KPIs, instead of only the previous or next day.

  • Report Designer - This utility is used to create and customize reports that track and evaluate daily operations.

    There are four (4) types of reports:

    • Column Report - Comparative: Displays management levels or sales of a site compared to similar reporting items from other sites.

    • Column Report - Trend: Displays the sales over a period of days. The first column lists the dates chosen for the report. If the level chosen for the report was a site, a page is produced for each site chosen.

    • Line Report - Comparative: Displays management levels or sites compared to reporting items.

    • Line Report - Trend: Displays the level of management (or site) performed on Daily Reporting Items or calculated items over a range of time.

  • Preferred Language - This utility adds the Preferred Language option on the Business Entity level. Default preferred language is English. Other languages available are French.

    Contact Support to change the Default Language at the Business Entity level.

    The default language can be configured at the User Security Level. If no Preferred Language is selected at the Business Entity or User Security level then the User has the option to make a selection upon Login.

Transaction Level Detail

Added new filter option Tender Types to Transaction Level Detail (TLD).

  • Hierarchies - View and manage hierarchical store groups. Define a hierarchical relationship between companies, define the reporting assignments for district managers within each company, and manage the store assignments for each manager.

  • Store Groups - Add and manage the individual stores that are included in the following group types: Store Groups, Transfer Groups, and Reporting Groups.

  • Store-Level Inventory Item Settings - View the default inventory item setting values for a selected store and "override" those values as needed for individual items.

    The settings include the usage values per week / customer, the PAR level, and the respective ordering values, including the minimum quantity to order.

  • Cashier Reporting - Use the utility to generate cash accounting reports for a specific cashier or for all cashiers from selected stores. Choose the items to include on the report, such as Gross Sales, Discounts, Paid Outs, and Manager Voids. For each item, define an optional currency amount threshold.

  • Menu Items Dashboard - Use the utility to identify the menu items to display on the dashboard (or "Menu Item Sales" widget).

  • Store Hours - Use the utility to specify the hours when a store is open for business. Specify the time of day when each day part starts (e.g. Breakfast,Lunch, and Dinner).

  • Tills - Use the utility to add and manage cash till records. Forms are provided to account for the various pay types and other items included in a till, and to reconcile the currency amounts with the expected values reported by the POS.
