This release is a hotfix to Office Enterprise 401.0 and includes all updates introduced in version 401.0.
This release upgrades OE versions 400.x thru 401.0 to version 401.1.
This release installs directly to OE version 401.1.
This update was deployed to RBI Lab 30250 and Menu Lab 31994-31999.
Once a Risk Assessment is approved, the update will be deployed to pilot.
Once a successful pilot phase is completed, a rollout phase will begin.

On a fresh installation with no databases, the Daily Cash Schedule does not open due to an incorrect entry in tbl_menu.
Product_updates_1327999.xml resolves this issue.
An issue was found with keyboard files if the Small Original Blend Coffee product is marked as Excluded.
Product_updates_1327908.xml resolves this issue. Menu Management received this update and going forward this update is applied to created Keyboard files.
Flavour Selector is renamed as Item Availability. This menu item includes the following tabs:
Smart Buttons - The original Flavour Selector application.
Other - Presents a list of items, sorted by Department list, enabling the user to Exclude any item from the keyboard.
Automatic download is enabled by default. To disable Auto Download, set the boh_auto_download option to F.
Updates marked as OPTIONAL in EDM do not trigger Auto Download.
Updates marked as MANDATORY in EDM trigger Auto Download.
If an update fails to process, Auto Download is canceled.
If an update file is not in the Update folder when Office Enterprise attempts to process it, the file is marked with a state of -2.
During the next Auto Update, the file is processed if present. If the file is still not present, its state is set to -1.
If multiple Product Updates are received, they will all be processed.
To restore / create a Store Import from a POS, the previous BOH must be Office Enterprise 401.0 (or greater).
Documentation / Training on new features will be provided at a future date.
This update was deployed to RBI Lab on January 10, 2023.
Once a Risk Assessment is approved, the update will be deployed to pilot sites.

This build includes an update to Site Installer Console, but there are some known issues that will be reviewed in a future release.

Manual processing of Item, Keyboard, Product Updates and HDS Packages can now be performed in the morning (AM) and afternoon (PM).
Known Issues:
HDS POS Status Service backups fail if the ZIP file exceeds 2GB. The service subsequently retries the backup and consumes hard drive space.
Until this issue is resolved, the following actions were taken to address the issue with this update:
Deployed two (2) commands to all sites via Screen Connect to:
Purge the OrderReceipts table for all sites in the XXXX_HDSofficeSales database.
Free hard drive space.
If a backup fails because the databases are too large, the Backup DLL flags the backup as "Successful" to allow a database purge during the archive process.
The HDS POS Status Service always performs a backup or archive if none were completed in the last twenty-two (22) hours.
Manual backups may be performed without any restrictions.
Performed tests on Item and Keyboard files that were reported as having issues in production.
This release is upgrade only. Once an approved RA has been received, the following Back Office Pilots will be manually updated:

When posting files to version 400.02 in Ulmo, the version and folder name must be 400.01. Using 400.2 will not work.
On some computers, HDSPACKAGES will not process successfully. This is due to incorrect Regional Settings on the System Account. This is a preexisting issue with previous versions of Office Enterprise.
Reprocessing RBI Export data is only supported through EDM.
Office Enterprise Telemetry currently does not report the Last RBIEXPORT (TLOG) Send and its Last Status. This will be corrected in a future build of Office Enterprise.
Tested only for Tim Horton's Canada as an upgrade. This will be followed by upgrade testing for Mexico and Install testing.

When using Change StoreID (part of Store Import / Export) it is required to perform a backup. If data exists for a deleted site, then Change StoreID should catch it and revert data back.
There was an issue found during QA with the HDS POS Status Service processing an HDSPACKAGE on a BOH that contains multiple sites. Manual auto update works. This issue is likely in production but only with BOH that has multiple sites. FPFD-2688 was created to address and will be part of a future release.
Issue found where "Ye Olde Download Programming" Store Export / Import fails on databases with integrated security. FPFD-2695 was created for this issue. Rdscreatecsv.dll Version 301.66.0.8 is available as a patch in the Install Set.
HDS POS Status Service upgrade required a new hdsposservice.config.xml file. Future update.msi upgrades will not touch this file. Default Status Cycle time is now 75 minutes. Default Exclude Stores Greater is now 20000. Test/QA stores in the 20000 and 30000 range will need to alter these values.

The BOH computer requires 301.62 or 301.63 in order to upgrade.
A computer with 301.64 is able to process item and keyboard files built from a computer with 301.63 as well as 301.64.
If an item file is created on a computer with 301.64, a computer with 301.63 cannot process the file.
The required product updates listed are only deployable to locations that have upgraded to 301.64.
Office Enterprise 301.64 is required in order to upgrade to Fingerprints 2.97.0.0 or greater.

The following was performed at all sites through Screen Connect:
Deleted the contents of the Mandatory folder.
The HDS POS Status Service was stopped and restarted.
Any existing Database locks were cleared.
