Employees Mass Pay Rate Change

Use the Employees Mass Pay Rate Change utility to view and update the pay rate for multiple employees at the same time.

Overview

The following provides an overview of the Employees Mass Pay Rate Change form.

Things to Know

Are there any restrictions in place that could prevent the user from viewing a particular employee's pay rate?

Yes. The employee record search results do not include any employees who are assigned to a department for which the Restrict Pay Rate View security option is enabled.

However, if the View Employee Restricted Pay Rates and Time Cards security option is enabled, then the employee records are displayed regardless of the Restrict Pay Rate View option.
