Questions List

The Questions List allows venue staff to quickly:
View and search for existing questions,
Sort questions by Type or Target Group,
Filter questions by Target Group or Target Suite Class,
Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping a column to its required place.
The Questions List displays:
List Header | Description |

Question | Content of the question. A left arrow appears to the left of a primary question if it includes a secondary question. Selecting the arrow will expand the secondary question. |
Type | Classification of the question. |
Target Group | Account type that the question is targeted for (for example, if an account owns a suite, then the account鈥檚 authorized users will see questions that are targeted to Owner or Owner and Rental when they place orders). |
Target Suite Class | Suite class that the question is targeted for. |
Active Status | Status of the question. By default, the active status is set to No. If the toggle is switched to Yes, the question will appear for its Target Group. |
Required | Whether the question requires an answer. |
