From the Nutrition page of the editor, specify the required nutrition details about the product.
From the Enter as Values dropdown, select the applicable option:
Option | Description |

Enter as Values | In the Value field, type the unit value for each item. For example, if the item contains 12 milligrams of Calcium, locate Calcium in the Name column, then type 12 in the Value column. |
Enter as a Range | In the Min Value and Max Value columns, type the range of values for each item in the list. For example, if the item contains 10-12 milligrams of Calcium, locate Calcium in the Name column, then type 10 in the Min Value column and 12 in the Max Value column. |

To clear existing nutrition values, select Clear Data.
