Vehicle Lane

This lane type is useful in environments where users need to create new orders and check in existing orders for vehicles for which the service point is unknown.

This lane enables users to select the applicable vehicle for a new or existing order.

Vehicle cards in this lane type display the following information:

  • Vehicle type/color (provided by 抖阴Vision).

  • Vehicle icon or image (provided by 抖阴Vision).

  • Vehicle timer. If the elapsed time is expired, the timer is highlighted to notify the user.

To create a vehicle lane:

  1. From the Open Order Lanes homepage, select New Lane.

  2. From the Lane Type dropdown, select Vehicle Lane.

  3. From the Create Lane window, select Continue.

  4. From the menu pane on the left, select a page and define the respective settings.

    The following introduces the pages of the Open Order Lanes editor.

    Vehicle Lane - General

    Define general settings including the name and description of the order lane.

    Vehicle Lane - Lane Filters

    Add filters to the order lane using a basic or advanced filter editor.

From the General page of the Order Lanes editor, define the following settings:

Name

Type the name to display in the order lane header.

Description

Type a description of the order lane including the content it displays.

Display Name

Type the name to display at service points.

Lane Type

Specifies the lane type: Order Lane or Vehicle Lane.

Show Camera Image

Toggle Yes to display the camera image of the vehicle/customer associated with the order in the order lane.

Toggle No to NOT display the camera image of the vehicle/customer.

Create Orders From Lane

From the Create Orders From Lane section of the General page, define the following:

Allow Order Creation

Toggle Yes to include a New Order shortcut in this lane. The user selects the shortcut to create a new order to add to the lane.

  • From the Default Destination dropdown, select the default order destination to assign to a new order that is created with the shortcut.

    If an order destination is NOT selected, the default destination defined for the terminal scheme is used.

Toggle No to NOT include a New Order shortcut in this lane.

Allow Order Check-In

Toggle Yes to allow the user to check in orders at this lane.

Check-In Destinations

Identify the order destinations that are available for order check-in:

  1. 厂别濒别肠迟听Add Destination.

  2. From the聽Add Items聽window, select the聽order destinations.

  3. From the lower-right of the聽Add Items聽window, select聽OK.

Check-In Order Lane

From the dropdown, select the lane that is used for injected orders upon check-in.

From the Lane Filters page of the Order Lanes editor, define the type of content to display in the lane:

  1. From the Filter section, select Add Filter.

  2. From the Filter Key dropdown, select the type of content to filter: Vision Lane or Vision Zone.

  3. From the Condition dropdown, select a condition for the filter key.

  4. From the Values list, select the filter key value.

  5. Select Add.
