Parcels

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Ordering Settings → Settings → Parcels

Use the Parcels editor to create and manage the parcel records that are used for product shipping. The following is an overview of the Parcel List homepage:

New Parcel

Create a new parcel.

Actions

From the dropdown, select an action to perform on the selected parcel:

  • Edit - Update the parcel.

  • Remove - Delete the parcel.

  • Site Mappings - Manage the site availability for the parcel.

Search

Search for an existing parcel by name.

View

From the dropdown, select the preferred option:

  • Default View - View a list of active records.

  • Deleted Items View - View a list of deleted records.

  • Save as New View - Save the current view.

Page Navigation

Use the provided controls to navigate the pages of the Menu List.

Name

Parcel name.

Type

Specifies the parcel type.

Length (in)

Specifies the length of the parcel in inches.

Width (in)

Specifies the width of the parcel in inches.

Height (in)

Specifies the height of the parcel in inches.

Create New Parcel

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Ordering Settings → Settings → Parcels

To create a new parcel:

  1. From the upper-right of the Parcel List homepage, select New Parcel.

  2. From the General section, define the following settings:

    Setting

    Description

    Name

    Type a name for the parcel.

    Type

    From the dropdown, select the parcel type:

    • Box

    • Mailer

    • Padded Mailer

    • Tube

    Length (in)

    Type the length of the parcel in inches.

    Width (in)

    Type the width of the parcel in inches.

    Height (in)

    Type the height of the parcel in inches.

Note

A surcharge may be added based on dimensions entered and the selected shipping provider.
