Export Orders

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Suite Catering → Orders → Order List

To export order information:

  1. Navigate to the Suite Catering Order List area.

  2. From the Order Number column, directly select the order.

    • Alternatively, select the checkbox next to each order, if selecting multiple orders.

  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Export.

    • The Export option is available only when all selected orders are in the Open, Committed, or Saved state, or when all selected orders are in the Closed state

  4. From the Export menu, select the information to export.

    • If all selected orders are in the Open, Committed, or Saved state, the available options are: Order Confirmation, Order Questions, Notes, and Allergens, and All.

    • If all selected orders are in the Closed state, the available options are: Order Receipt, Order Questions, Notes, and Allergens, and All.
