Assign Suite Attendant for an Event

To assign a suite attendant for an event:

  1. Navigate to the Suite Catering Event - Attendant Suite Assignment area.

  2. From the upper-right of the Event - Attendant Suite Assignment List area, select Select Event.

  3. From the Event Selector popup, select an event.

    • If needed, use keywords, or filter by Event, Event Type, or Date to find the desired event.

  4. In the lower-right of the Event Selector popup, select Submit.

    • Alternatively, in the lower-left of the Event Selector popup, select Cancel.

  5. From the Event - Attendant Suite Assignment List, select the suites to assign a new attendant.

  6. From the upper-left of the Event - Attendant Suite Assignment List area, select Actions.

  7. From the Actions dropdown, select Assign Attendant.

  8. In the Assign Attendant popup, use the Attendant dropdown to select the new attendant.

    • To apply the new attendant to all the existing orders of the selected suites, select Apply to existing orders in selected suites.

      Note

      • This assignment is only effective for orders in the Open, Saved, Committed states that are not fully paid.

      • If this option is not selected, the new attendant will apply only to newly created orders after the assignment.

      • This assignment does not change the suite attendant assigned in Create New Suite. It only overrides the attendant for the orders associated with the suite for the event.

  9. From the lower-right of the Assign Attendant popup, select Save.

    • Alternatively, select Cancel.

    • If the selected event is deleted or closed, or the selected attendant is removed before saving, an error displays.

    • If the order’s associated event is open, the order will automatically commit after a successful suite attendant change, ensuring the update takes effect.
