Configure SuiteSpot Guest Settings

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Suite Catering → Suite Admin Settings → SuiteSpot Guest Settings

From the SuiteSpot Guest Settings page, define the configuration of guest accounts in Suite Catering Admin Portal, enabling guests to register on SuiteSpot and place EDO orders.

The following describes the sections on the SuiteSpot Guest Settings page.

Section

Description

General

  • EDO Price Point: Defines the price point for EDO orders. This field is read only, with a default value Inherited from Event.

  • Place EDO from SuiteSpot: Determines whether to allow to place EDO orders on the SuiteSpot during the EDO period. This option becomes inactive if the site-level Enable EDO from SuiteSpot permission is disabled. For more information, see Configure Ordering Settings.

Admin Fees

  • Use the Default Fees: Determines whether to use the default fees. This option is toggled to Yes by default. When enabled, the admin fees defined in the suite admin settings will be applied. For more information, see Select Admin Fee.

  • Admin Fees: Selects the admin fees tag(s). This option becomes inactive if toggling Use the Default FeesÌý³Ù´ÇÌýYes.
