From the General page of the Terminal Scheme editor, define general settings for a terminal scheme:

Business Operation | From the dropdown, select the applicable business environment:

Theme | From the dropdown, select a color scheme for the POS. | ||||||
Order Source | (Optional) From the dropdown, select the order source to associate with the terminal scheme. | ||||||
Starting View | From the dropdown, select the view to open each time the terminal is started. The available options are determined by the selected Business Operation (see above). | ||||||
Order Ticket Header | From the dropdown, select the type of header to use on order tickets. The header type determines the type of information that is displayed to the user. The Standard type is typically used in QSR and TSR environments. | ||||||
When Scanning Barcode for Open/Saved Order | From the dropdown, select the screen to open when the cashier scans the barcode of an Open/Saved order. | ||||||
Prohibit from Working Offline | Select this option to disable the POS when the system is offline. When the system is offline, the operator receives a notification and troubleshooting steps are provided to resolve the connectivity issue. | ||||||
Show Unfulfilled Paid Orders | Select this option to include unfulfilled Paid orders that are not yet served to the guest on the Drive-Thru and Open and Suspended Orders screens.

Autologoff on Completed Actions | Select this option to automatically logoff the user from the POS terminal once they have completed their respective order actions / functions. In environments where multiple users share the same terminal, enabling this option addresses security concerns that may arise when users walk away from the terminal without logging off. Logoff Timeout on Completed Actions (seconds) | This field is only available when Autologoff on Completed Actions is selected. Type the number of seconds to wait after the user completes their order actions before automatically logging the user off from the terminal. |
Autologoff on Completed Actions
When Autologoff on Completed Actions is enabled for a terminal scheme, the user is automatically logged off after the user completes the following actions / functions:

Note
If the user cancels any of the identified order actions, the user is not automatically logged off.
