Preview Suite Catering Report

¶¶ÒõCloud Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Reports → SUITE CATERING

This function is unavailable to the Suite Payment, Suite Item Sales, and Suite Tip reports.

To preview a Suite Catering report:

  1. Follow the procedure in View Suite Catering Report to view the Suite Catering report.

  2. Preview the reports in one of the following ways:

    • For the Production and Account Invoice reports: use the Preview dropdown button to select Summary or Details

      Note

      For the Production reports:

      • On the upper-left of the Summary Detail View page, turn on the Show Accounts toggle if it is necessary. Enabling this toggle displays the Account column and hides the Suite column.

      • The Details option is available only when the group by criteria applied.

    • For the Notes and Questions and Suite Order Summary reports: select Preview All

      Note

      On the Detail View page of the Suite Order Summary report:

      • In the upper-left of the page, turn on the Hide the empty section toggle if it is necessary. When this toggle is enabled, only sections containing content will be shown and included in the report generation.

      • In the Payment Information section, turn on the Show All Payments toggle if it is necessary. Enabling this toggle will display all payment records in the payment list. If it remains off, only payment records in the Paid state will be shown and included in the report generation.
